Crynodeb:Several investigations indicate that the main cause of injuries in the soccer field is due to the deficiency in the proprioceptive work during the physical training before the competition or development of the activity, the objective of this investigation is to determine the effectiveness of the application of the training proprioceptive method through the use of the vestibular disc in the prevention of patellar tendonitis in soccer players aged 18 to 25 years of the Guano Alliance Specialized Formation Club. Static proprioception was assessed in both limbs with the Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT) or also called the star test, the dynamic proprioception with the modified Active proprioceptive jump test (APJT), and the measurement of muscle belts mainly of the thigh and forefoot, proprioceptive training in the vestibular disc was performed complementing the plyometric training in circuits with 4 vestibular discs where the athletes performed their activity for 3 minutes to continue the circuit and this was done four days of training per week for a month , the results showed that proprioception improved by 21%, postural balance and decreased injuries, increased or improved muscle strength, therefore it was concluded that the designed proprioceptive training program produced improvements and was effective.
