| Sumario: | This research was developed by the bibliographic reviewing method that exposed Physiotherapy intervention for motor development in children from 0 to 3 years of age. Understanding that motor development is a process of change that maintains a sequence related to the child's age where structures and functions are developed for progress, which helps to produce the child's independence. For there to be normal motor development in infant growth, there must be correct intrauterine development since structures that help in the child's maturation are formed from the process. Therefore, the area in charge of the stimulation activities and the treatment of established pathologies. Pediatric Physiotherapy is a discipline that promotes the health and welfare of the child, which is responsible for the prevention, care, and treatment of children who present some developmental delay, genetic alterations, or healthy children. One hundred scientific articles are summarized; thirty were rigorously selected, for their inclusion and exclusion criteria, evaluated using the requirements of the PEDro scale. Also nominated five scientific papers were for the quality of information they provide for research and for being published in high-impact journals valued by Scimago Journal & Country Rank, a tool for evaluating journals and countries based on the information contained in databases. Found the articles in different languages such as English, Spanish and Portuguese; the research demonstrated the effectiveness of Pediatric Physiotherapy intervention through early stimulation programs and other physiotherapeutic techniques. The databases with the highest number of scientific articles were PubMed, Scielo, and Researchgate. The papers collected are from the year 2001 to the year 2021. At the end of this research concluded that pediatric physiotherapy has favorable effects within the evolutionary process of the child from 0 to 3 years of age because, on the one hand, it is responsible for responding to the transitory or permanent needs of children with developmental disorders. On the other hand, it potentiates the capabilities manifested according to the child's chronological age |
