La gestión administrativa y los procesos tecnológicos de la empresa Jhor Sport de la ciudad de Ambato.

This research work titled "Administrative Management and Technological Processes of the Jhor Sport Company in Ambato City" aims to analyze the influence of administrative management on the technological processes of Jhor Sport, a sports footwear company in Ecuador. Through observation and surveys of employees and managers, critical aspects of management and technological adoption were examined to diagnose the current situation and propose strategies to improve technological integration and the company's competitiveness in a challenging market. The research highlights that small footwear businesses face obstacles such as a lack of financing and technical training. Effective administrative management, based on planning, organization, direction, and control, is essential for optimizing operations and strengthening competitiveness. A descriptive methodology and a hypothetical-deductive approach were used. Data were collected from 20 employees and the manager through surveys and interviews. Statistical analysis with SPSS included reliability and Chi-Square tests confirmed the positive relationship between administrative management and technological processes. In conclusion, it is evident that efficient administrative management enhances the optimization and performance of technological processes in Jhor Sport, contributing to sustainable growth and competitiveness. These findings underscore the need to strengthen administrative practices to ensure effective technological integration in the company.
