Análisis del riesgo psicosocial en los trabajadores del depósito de madera y aserradero vicky

ABSTRACT: This work has been elaborated under the Engineering, Industry and Production research line, and was born from the need to analyze the psychosocial risk in the workers of the Vicky lumber yard and sawmill, having as objectives to identify, evaluate and control psychosocial risks. For this purpose, a field methodology was used through the application of a questionnaire designed by the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador, which consists of 58 items that evaluate eight dimensions which are: workload and pace of work, development of competencies, leadership, margin of action and control, work organization, recovery, support and support and other essential points (discriminatory harassment, harassment at work, sexual harassment, work addiction, working conditions, work and emotional stability, self-perceived health and conflicting demands between work and personal/family life), resulting in a low risk at the global level, i.e. the workers of the Vicky sawmill are not exposed to psychosocial risks. Finally, to guide the company towards proper risk management and continuous improvement of its work activities, improvement actions have been established by planning of activities and the establishing indicators that contribute to risk prevention.
