Sumario:This research focused on: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its impact on the Work Climate of the company LYREC Riobamba-Ecuador, in the year 2022. For which a survey and interview to the company's staff was established in order to collect data and find a solution, through it was implemented three specific objectives that managed to determine the characteristics and benefits of CSR, in addition, the current reality in the work environment was evidenced. The method used was descriptive and correlational, and also, in order to adequately support the variables, various sources of information were investigated, which gave rise to the theoretical framework, after which it was possible to formulate the hypothesis and establish the necessary data. Through the results obtained, it was found that currently, in the company LYREC there is little knowledge regarding CSR and the work environment, it was also evidenced that there is no person or department in charge of carrying out these activities. Although these activities are carried out empirically, it is considered that they can strengthen several aspects such as the work environment, corporate image, motivation, performance and productivity, so an integration strategy was provided based on ISO 26000, core subject 3, labor practices, in order to ensure compliance with CSR practices and thereby promote a healthy work environment.
