| 要約: | ABSTRACT: The main objective of this research study aims to analyze the transformations of the radio stations in a digital era: case Radio Riobamba Stereo 89.3 FM year 2020. In recent years, the communication team of this institution has effectively used the creation of digital content as a means of communication. The research conducted on this topic employs both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The qualitative method provides a description of how a radio program is planned and executed in the digital era. The quantitative design, on the other hand, will help to know what were the transformations of Radio Riobamba Stereo 89.3 FM during the year 2020? Data collection for this study was done through surveys and interviews. Due to the small size of the population, the entire staff of Radio Riobamba Stereo 89.3 FM composed of 15 people was included in the study. Consequently, the modifications made by Radio Riobamba Stereo 89.3 FM in the digital era were identified. These modifications involved the implementation of digitalization methodologies and technologies such as the creation of websites, social networks, email and virtual programming.
