Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The research work with the title "Nursing computer system for surveillance of immunization schedule less than two years, in November 2017 - February 2018", It was objetive design a computer system for surveillance of the immunization schedule. The research methodology was quasi-experimental cross-section, qualitative approach and the population formed by nurses, for the data collection was used, a survey. As a result, in the year 2017, the assigned population of children lees than two years was 4051; the assigned coverage by the units has an average of 75%, existing 25%, with a delay in the immunization schedule. All the nurses check the immunization cards, the card is updated, the extramural scan every month, the control system of the vaccination schedule is manual and the time is insufficient. With respect to the skills and knowledge of computer management and information system is medium, but 100% are interested in having a rapid system of surveillance and automatic monitoring of the immunization schedule. |
