要約:The present research analyzes how digitalization influences the logistics efficiency of a supermarket with more than 30 years of experience, which uses the Dobra system. It faces problems such as low automation, inefficient inventory management, and a lack of predictive analysis, which limit its competitiveness compared to other market players. Through a descriptive study with a hypothetical-deductive approach, surveys were conducted with 30 employees, finding that although they all received training, 56.7% still do not feel familiar with digital tools. However, 96.7% consider them easy to use, and 100% recognize that they have significantly reduced manual tasks, improved planning and reducing operational times. In addition, most perceive digitalization as very important for continuous logistics improvement, although weaknesses persist in optimizing warehouse space. Among the main conclusions, it is highlighted that digitalization positively impacts logistics efficiency by improving traceability, reducing errors, and speeding up processes. It is recommended to implement an integrated ERP system, indicator dashboards, expiration alerts, and a customer service chatbot, along with ongoing staff training. Finally, this research shows that digitalization not only implies technology but also an organizational cultural change oriented towards innovation and sustainable competitiveness. The research contributes to the academic and professional development of the Business Administration program by proposing applicable strategies that can serve as a model for other local supermarkets on their path to digital transformation.
