Shrnutí:ABSTRACT In the intersectoral nursing management for adherence to antifungal treatment, the reason for this thesis, it is intended to analyze different interactions that can be carried out through the interrelationship that exists between various public or private sectors for the resolution of problems in the community. The actions of the nursing staff are essential in this task, which is achieved through various strategies and interventions applied to the patient and the family. The objective of the project is to identify the strategies, interventions and actors that intervene in the intersectoral management process of nursing personnel for adherence to antifimic treatment. For this, a documentary-type study is presented, through the systematic review of writings published in electronic databases on sites linked to health issues such as: Academic Google, BVS, allowing entry to pages, Pubmed, Booksmedicos, Scielo, Redalyc, Latindex, Medigraphic, MedLine, Scopus, Elsevier, national and international organizations. Several documents were selected, consisting of 72 articles, of which 41 were taken for the bibliographic review. In conclusion, different strategies and interventions were identified, among the main ones, directly observed shortened treatment, social protection, community participation, health education, home visits and follow-up; as well as the participation of different social actors such as ministries, community groups and the family. Keywords: intersectoral management, nursing, tuberculosis, adherence to treatment. Reviewed by: Mgs. Geovanny Armas Pesántez ENGLISH PROFESSOR C.C. 0602773301
