| description | ABSTRACT In the intersectoral nursing management for adherence to antifungal treatment, the reason for this thesis, it is intended to analyze different interactions that can be carried out through the interrelationship that exists between various public or private sectors for the resolution of problems in the community. The actions of the nursing staff are essential in this task, which is achieved through various strategies and interventions applied to the patient and the family. The objective of the project is to identify the strategies, interventions and actors that intervene in the intersectoral management process of nursing personnel for adherence to antifimic treatment. For this, a documentary-type study is presented, through the systematic review of writings published in electronic databases on sites linked to health issues such as: Academic Google, BVS, allowing entry to pages, Pubmed, Booksmedicos, Scielo, Redalyc, Latindex, Medigraphic, MedLine, Scopus, Elsevier, national and international organizations. Several documents were selected, consisting of 72 articles, of which 41 were taken for the bibliographic review. In conclusion, different strategies and interventions were identified, among the main ones, directly observed shortened treatment, social protection, community participation, health education, home visits and follow-up; as well as the participation of different social actors such as ministries, community groups and the family. El accionar del personal de enfermería es primordial en este cometido, el cual se logra mediante varias estrategias e intervenciones aplicadas en el paciente y la familia. El objetivo del proyecto es identificar las estrategias, las intervenciones y los actores que intervienen en el proceso de gestión intersectorial del personal de enfermería para la adherencia al tratamiento antifímico. Para ello, se presenta un estudio de tipo documental, mediante la revisión sistemática de escritos publicados en bases de datos electrónicos en sitios vinculados con temas de salud tales como: Google Académico, BVS, permitiendo el ingreso a páginas, Pubmed, Booksmedicos, Scielo, Redalyc, Latindex, Medigraphic, MedLine, Scopus, Elsevier, organismos nacionales e internacionales. Se seleccionaron varios documentos conformados por 72 artículos de los cuales se tomó 41 para la revisión bibliográfica. En conclusión, se identificó diferentes estrategias e intervenciones, entre las principales, tratamiento acortado directamente observado, protección social, participación comunitaria, educación para la salud, realización de visitas domiciliarias y seguimiento; así como la participación de diferentes actores sociales como, los ministerios, grupos comunitarios y la familia.
