La Seguridad Industrial y el desempeño laboral en SOLFERPON S.A. de la Provincia de Orellana, 2018

This research aims to determine the industrial safety and labor performance in Solferpon S.A. in Orellana Province, in 2018. The importance of industrial safety as an integrating element to prevent occupational risks and accidents, and the inclusion of continuous improvement of working conditions and good implementation practices aimed at feeling to real need for creating a more secure and stable work environment. This research work consists of four chapters, in which are detailed below: CHAPTER I: It refers to the approach of the problem based on the current reality of the company, to carry out an efficient research process with which we can set general and specific objectives, the basis for the development of research work. CHAPTER II: It is sustained through the theoretical framework, within which the investigative antecedents are detailed concerning the proposed problem, the bases on which the research is based, and the scientific theoretical content. CHAPTER III: This chapter states the approach and methodology, defining the types of research; as well as the population, and the technique and instruments used for data collection, the statistical data are detailed in tables, this process includes all those operations aimed at obtaining results. CHAPTER IV: It presents the conclusions and recommendations obtained from the most relevant results of the work and the analysis thereof, which will later be a reference for the development of the proposal
