Shrnutí:The current society is experiencing a solid technological impact, which has led to an increase in the use of intelligent devices such as mobile phones and computers to perform various tasks and explore exciting places through digital platforms. In this context, applications such as OpenTable and TripAdvisor have been developed, allowing restaurants in Barranquilla and Malaga to increase the number of orders and reservations and improve their profitability. Considering this success, the proposal is to create an innovative web and mobile application to promote the gastronomic offer of the restaurants in Saraguro Canton. An exhaustive analysis of the needs and requirements of restaurants regarding the management of their services was carried out in the research, which allowed the identification of the leading business processes and areas of opportunity for the implementation of the application. The main objective of the developed web and mobile application is to allow managers of restaurants in Saraguro Canton to present their gastronomic offer to customers, showing the typical dishes and culinary delights offered in their establishments. Customers can make personalized reservations through the application, selecting the day, time, number of people, and any other relevant information before visiting the restaurant. This approach seeks to improve the internal efficiency of restaurants, increase customer satisfaction, and offer a personalized and unique culinary experience. At the end of the project, the application's usability was evaluated, including a survey of restaurant managers and customers who visit them. The survey was conducted following the guidelines established by the ISO/IEC 25000 standard. The results revealed that the application is easy to use and satisfactory for users, obtaining an acceptable percentage in the evaluation. In addition, QR codes were generated for the mobile version of the application once the web version was published
