This thesis preparation and use of control cells Coombs home to validate antiglobulinicas tests it conducted in order to identify the importance and clinical relevance of evidence Coombs and its usefulness in the diagnosis of hemolytic disorders, validating negative results of these tests, its meaning and clinical interest is to determine antibodies in maternal transfusion reactions and fetus incompatibilities. These control cells are provided by many laboratories or other commercial houses, the base being justified as control cells is because its components to cells (RBCs) in which membrane and anti IgG staying to react to possible antibodies in the serum or plasma and reagents used in the Coombs test. the scientific method was used in this research work because it contains a set of important in providing validation of antiglobulinicas tests universal thoughts, laws and verifiable principles whose work is related to support laboratory diagnosis of hematological disorders caused by the presence irregular antibodies destined for destruction of red blood cells causing response destruction of red blood cells and decrease in the total count thereof causing effect boxes anemia in some cases may be tolerable by the body and other do not.
