| 要約: | This research determines how the human talent management model influences the work performance of employees in the company “INTERMEDIKAL” in Loja city. “INTERMEDIKAL” company was chosen for developing this research, which is composed of eleven collaborators, for collecting information from the survey as a technique. It was used with the questionnaire as an instrument composed of ten questions addressed to collaborators of the company. These questions were written by using the Likert scale. The main variable analyzed was job performance, and thanks to the survey applied to the company’s employees, it was possible to analyze how the human talent management model influences the employees’ job performance. Therefore, with the data obtained, it was possible to show that in the company “INTERMEDIKAL” in Loja, it is necessary to implement a human talent management model. Finally, some human talent management strategies were proposed with their corresponding budget for the company to take into account and help the work performance of employees. |
