সংক্ষিপ্ত:The present research word called “THE USE OF TECNOLOGY IN THE SOCIOAFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN OF THE FIRST YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATIONIN THE COMPUD EDUCATIONAL UNIT, COMPU PARISH, CANTÓN CHUNCHI, CHIMBORAZO PROVINCE PERIOD OCTOBER 2020- MARCH 2021 as an objective to determine how the use of technology influences the socio-affective development of children in the first year of primary Education, methodologically it had a documentary and descriptive design due to the scientific and bibliographic research, with a descriptive and explanatory level, the population was made up of the Compud Educational Unit, the sample was nonprobalistic and intencional when working with 15 children in the first year of primary Education, and their representatives the technique was the survey and the observation and the instrument the questionnaire and the observation sheet the which was applied to students and parents, through which the data was collected where 80% of parents are aware of how technology has influenced the lives of children, becoming a social problem that affects both physical and mental health, causing alterations I behavior, social isolation, and the development of some disorders that affect relationships, family, school performance, and the development of their daily activities.
