Riassunto:ABSTRACT: The level of knowledge about oral health is one of the means of discussion in the health system since there are complex factors involved in it, the objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge about oral health in students, parents and teachers from the city of Riobamba sector 3, this study was descriptive, cross-sectional, the study population was made up of 100 students from Capitan Edmundo Chiriboga and Cristiano Nazareno educative unit, as well as their representatives and teachers. The technique used was observation and testing with its instruments, which are the clinical history and questionnaires. In addition, the statistical model spssv25 was used, which helped to relate the variables and obtain correlations through the use of Spearman and Chi-square. As results, it was obtained that the level of knowledge of the students was bad and that of the teachers the level was regular, because of that the most significant result was the CPOD index and the plaque index, which were 6.41 and 42.53, which indicate a high risk of cavities. Finally, it was concluded that the plaque index and the questionnaire of habits of parents and students had a statistically significant association since it was shown that the first affects the second, at the same time there is no statistically significant relationship between the DMFT index and the student survey.
