Etiketle | Özet: | ABSTRACT: The main objective of this research study was to focus on tourism which has become increasingly demanding when choosing a tourist product or service nowadays, on the other hand, tourism providers have the challenge of satisfying the needs and perspectives of the tourist and at the same time provide confidence in their product or service, but the biggest challenge for tourism providers is to face the great competition and to stay in the tourism market. The following research focused on identifying the relationship between quality certification and tourism enterprises in the Guano canton, province of Chimborazo, using a mixed research approach, correlational, descriptive and non- experimental research design, it was finally proved that both variables are related. |
