סיכום:The inveswtigative work titled “Strategic Marketing and customer loyalty in the American Jeans Company” set out the general objetive of derteminign how strategic marketing influences customer lolalty in the company. Likewise, determine theoretical fundaments of strategic marketing and costumer loyalty, and finally propose marketin strategies to increase customer loyalty in the American Jeans company. The metodology used was hypothetical-deductive since a hypothesis has been drawn up in the study problem, with a non-experimental research design, where phenomena or events are observed in their natural context. Aimed at a representative sample, which includes workesrs in the administrative área and customers who purchased a producto from the company in 2022, which were 199, including new customers, wholesalers, and retailers. Results of the study showed that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, that is, that strategic marketing obtained in the tabulation carried out in the SPSS program.
