Sažetak:This research is organized by chapters. Chapter I, states the problem to investigate; starting from the general objective and continues to the specific objectives in order to achieve the purpose of the research. Thus, justifying the importance of this study. Chapter II, develops the theoretical framework which details the research antecedents, and an extensive study of the variables that make up the real estate market and mortgage loans, as well as, several definitions needed to carry out this research. In addition, this chapter raises the hypothesis. Chapter III. Explains the methodological framework, the methodology, and the type of research proposed. Similarly, the population and sample are set, which will serve for the application the surveys. These will also be analyzed and interpreted according to the results obtained. In addition, the hypothesis is tested through the application of the econometric model. Chapter IV. Points out the conclusions obtained from the research, and proposes recommendations to help solve the problem raised.
