La eficacia de las acciones afirmativas en la calidad de vida de los afroecuatorianos

ABSTRACT: Affirmative actions in the quality of life of Afro-Ecuadorians is a research work based on social sciences and developed in the juridical branch. The methodology is analytical, qualitative, and descriptive. The variables that generate the legal problem will be shown, and they were developed in four chapters. Chapter I states the problem statement, the justification, and the objectives of the investigation that comprise determining the study and analysis of the affirmative actions regarding the right to the material, formal equality, and non-discrimination contemplated in our constitution. Chapter II is about the state of the art in which the conclusions reached by other researchers on similar topics are presented. These conclusions contribute to the development of this research. The theoretical aspects divided into the following units: equality and affirmative actions; cultural diversity and legal criteria of affirmative actions, and the third is the application of affirmative actions. Chapter III shows the methodology applied to the variants of the legal problem, including the information process and interpretation of the results that allow us to achieve the objectives set. Chapter IV discusses the results obtained through the research instruments and techniques applied to Afro-Ecuadorian leaders at the national level and scholars of Constitutional Law and Public International Law. It is essential to rescue that the chapters are consequent to the research process that focuses on visualizing a material Constitutional Law.
