Shrnutí:Advertising services companies, like any other, require management models that develop strategies that allow the goals and objectives that the company has planned to be met, to achieve economic growth and, in turn, be sustainable, for this reason, this research seeks to develop and propose a process management model, in which the strategic, operational and support processes of an advertising studio are identified, Next, the processes in which graphic design is directly involved will be analyzed, which are sales management and marketing management, so that the areas communicate with each other to respond to problems or needs. that arise from customer requirements. These requirements have been analyzed through the application of a survey to the DESIGN studio clients. Finally, an exemplification will be developed that will allow us to propose a transmedia advertising model that combines both conventional and digital advertising, in which clients can choose the combination of advertising that best suits their needs. Firstly, marketing management will be exemplified through the company TODO AGRO, while sales management will be exemplified with the company Santos Burgués.
