| Shrnutí: | The research, entitled “Development of a PBL project assignment system at the Mario Oña Perdomo Educational Unit, San Gabriel,” proposes a personalized model for assigning Problem- Based Learning (PBL) activities in a tailored manner. Its overall objective was to develop an optimized system that considers students' interests, prior skills, and academic performance to maximize their motivation and academic achievement. A Combinatorial Optimization Model was designed that integrates criteria such as academic compatibility (AC), alignment of interests (AI), and suitability to learning style (LS), generating balanced assignments. Additionally, a Sensitivity Analysis was applied to evaluate the system’s robustness. The methodology employed a mixed approach, incorporating control and experimental groups, perception surveys, and statistical analysis. The results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in grades (9.06 vs. 7.82) and in indicators such as motivation (4.50), participation (4.53), creativity (4.53), and satisfaction with the project (4.52 vs. 2.88), confirming that the system is viable, replicable, and adaptable to other educational contexts, consolidating itself as an effective tool for strengthening active methodologies in secondary education. |
