La Gestión Administrativa del Instituto Particular Hispanoamérica y su incidencia en el desarrollo Institucional Período 2012-2013

The importance the thesis “The Administrative Management Private Institute Latin America and its impact on Institutional Development" is related to theoretical and practical combination learning in an articulated manner, which may be applied in the workplace. The Private Institute Latin America Administrative management consists of: making a diagnosis of institution to analyze each one of management processes, in order to establish, whether this affect the development of educational establishment, in which a plan to develop an administrative process is proposed, which it is a tool for continuous improvement with respect to education and obtaining results for clients in this case students, the results relating to staff are compound by principals, teachers, administrative staff and society giving a keyset for institutional development. The presented information in this document will provide teachers, administrators and managers a better understanding of administrative elements planning used to achieve the mission and vision of institution.
