Yhteenveto: | This research work is about the development of a management audit to human talent in order to contribute to the improvement of job performance and fulfillment of the objectives of the Financial Departament at the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Colta For the evaluation of internal control COSO method that deals with the effectiveness and efficiency of operations evaluted was applied along with parallel investigation techniques and audit that allowed to obtain sufficient and relevant evidence for the managament of human talent, so was used the critical problems identified, also was found that the institution does not have enough to meet all the requirements staff. Subsequently, indicators with a qualitative and quantitative approach was applied, and so thus measure and interpret human action of staff working in the financial área. |
