La prestación de servicios en la empresa re/max inversión inmobiliaria de la ciudad de Riobamba y su incidencia en la contribución en la gestión de ventas, periodo 2015-2016.

This research work consists of the provision of services in the company RE / MAX Real Estate Investment in the city of Riobamba and its impact on the contribution in sales management, period 2015-2016, in order to assess the current situation in providing services and the factors that influence sales management. The company has been presenting some problems in its administration, due to the ignorance about the design of strategies in the area of sales applied to the real estate sector, in addition to a scarce team work by the personnel, which has resulted in a loss of the client portfolio. The type of investigation is descriptive and field, since it describes the performance of the research variables, as well as the internal and external clients, and for this purpose surveys are applied, in order to collect the information. Within the application of surveys it was identified that the level of knowledge in sales management for 75% is medium, in relation to knowledge of real estate sales strategies 50% if you know them and 92% know their role as real estate agents. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the research were made, identifying that sales management is linked in large percentage to real estate agents, so it is recommended that they be trained and comply with a specific profile.
