| الملخص: | The core of this investigation method on land boundary conflicts. The final judgment is based on the free and voluntary decision of the citizen, including the peace justice judge´s criteria. He is an honorable person of the locality who aims to reach satisfactory agreements for all the parties involved. For that reason, the justice of the pace seeks to resolve conflicts efficiently and quickly based on equity and equality and avoiding resorting the ordinary justice. Because of this background, the present investigation, which is entitled: “The Justice of peace: An alternative and effective method in boundary conflicts” aims to describe and determine through the application of investigative instrument whether or not, Justice of pace is an Alternative and effective method for resolving boundary conflicts. Additionally, to establish its efficiency in compliance with the Principle of Speed. For achieving the general objective, a doctrinal, legal and critical study of Peace justice was carried out. The results of the investigation determine that Justice of the Peace is an alternative method that resolves boundary conflicts efficiently and quickly; However, the Justice of Peace is not a well-known method among the entire population, thus, they do not ask for solving their boundary conflicts, The approach allows the researcher claims that the Justice of Peace is efficient since it complies with the Speed principle, and seeks to meet the needs of the involved parties. |
