“Estación de trabajo ergonómica para personas parapléjicas de la empresa TELYDATA Cia .Ltda de quito periodo 2014-2015”

This research was executed in the company Telydata Cia. Ltda. It is a company oriented to providing internet access and solutions in telecommunications systems, networks and networking, where the premise is not service but give the best service. As a responsible company Telydata Cia. Ltda. It meets all safety standards and occupational health and is part of the laws of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, Code of work, and occupational health risks IESS. Currently on the issue of occupational safety and quality Telydata Cia. Ltda. Is concerned about the welfare of all employees in order to provide and provide the necessary comfort in their areas of work for the optimal development of their activities avoiding and preventing all types of occupational hazards What is to be achieved with this research topic it is implementing an ergonomic work area for people with paraplegia to provide the user welfare and increased performance laboral.Con this is to create a suitable working atmosphere that integrates harmoniously with all and each of its work environments and is within the parameters established in the different legal bodies such as: Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, regulation of social inclusion, Labour Code, occupational health risks and IESS. Before running this research project all work areas were modular and standard, after the implementation of this project Telydata has an ergonomic workstation for people with paraplegia.
