الوصف
الملخص:This research project introduces a biomechanical prototype designed to alleviate spastic patterns in the hands of children with special needs. The prototype, developed using SolidWorks software, incorporates a variety of materials including steel for stability, acrylic for electronic component protection, and PLA for 3D-printed parts. Textile coverings on the forearm and wrist support enhance comfort during rehabilitation. The device features three servomotors controlled via a Matlab interface utilizing an Arduino board, enabling passive movements in the wrist such as flexion-extension, lateral movements, and supination. Access to the user interface requires login credentials, granting access to the device control section where necessary fields are completed for rehabilitation sessions, with data stored for analysis. These devices offer an effective and comfortable option in the rehabilitation process, ultimately enhancing patients' quality of life and facilitating more efficient recovery.
