| Περίληψη: | ABSTRACT: The present research work entitled " Crimes against urban fauna, their causes, effects and sanctions and Ecuadorian legal regulations, the main objective of this research focused on analyzing, through a doctrinal legal study, crimes against urban fauna and how the causes, effects and sanctions are configured in Ecuadorian legal regulations. Based on a descriptive, non-experimental study. Documentary research was used, and a 35-question interview was applied to the Animal Welfare Unit of the Municipality of Quito. Likewise, identify the configuration of crimes against urban fauna in Ecuadorian legal regulations, in which urban fauna, crimes, causes and effects in addition to sanctions were clearly delimited. In the second instance, the administrative and judicial procedures in the city of Quito that regulate crimes against urban fauna were distinguished, in which they were identified within the criminal process: inspection, instruction, resolution and execution. Likewise, the effectiveness of administrative and judicial procedures was debated, based on case studies of crimes against urban fauna, so it was considered that these processes and formulations evidence a significant recognition of the vital importance of safeguarding well-being. of companion animals in urban environments. Likewise, they reflect a firm commitment to promoting responsible coexistence and deep respect for these living beings. |
