Chapter I established the company's problems, which identified the lack of an internal safety regulation and the safety committee, the lack of a safe work manual, and the lack of knowledge of legal workplace safety regulations in the country, as well as the absence of standards, techniques and security elements of the company ADPEC.S.A.S, establishing the objectives and the respective justification. Chapter II developed the state of the art and practice, considering the investigative background from the theoretical and legal foundation of the investigation and the knowledge necessary to solve the problem posed. Chapter III developed the methodological design to be used, taking into account the technical approach embodied in descriptive and field research, determining the findings of the technical tools, such as the interview, survey, and direct observation, within the qualitative-quantitative approach, choosing a population. of 14 elements. Chapter IV analyzed and discussed the results based on their interpretation obtained through the applied tools. Chapter V established the proposal: Technical Management of Occupational Risks for the Prevention of Accidents and Occupational Diseases in the company Andina of Proyects ADPEC S.A.S, contributing to the safety of collaborators and the minimization of work accidents. The intended impact is to generate a culture of risk and accident prevention that may arise due to workers' ignorance or lack of discipline when carrying out their daily work. |

The intended impact is to generate a culture of risk and accident prevention that may arise due to workers' ignorance or lack of discipline when carrying out their daily work.La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de analizar a la empresa Andina de Proyectos ADPEC S.A.S, la misma no cuenta con una adecuada gestión técnica de riesgos laborales, por lo que, se enfocó en la norma ISO 45001:2018 necesaria para el diseño de un Sistema de Administración de Seguridad y Salud; encaminado a todas las áreas de la empresa, brindando apoyo y conocimiento mediante parámetros de seguridad establecidos para un ambiente de trabajo seguro. El Capítulo I, estableció la problemática de la empresa, la cual identificó la inexistencia de un Reglamento Interno de Seguridad y del Comité de Seguridad, no cuenta con un manual de trabajo seguro y el desconocimiento de la normativa legal en lo referente a seguridad en el país, así como, la ausencia de normas, técnicas y elementos de seguridad de la empresa ADPEC.S.A.S, estableciendo los objetivos y la respectiva justificación. El Capítulo II desarrolló el estado del arte y la práctica, tomando en cuenta los antecedentes investigativos desde la fundamentación teórica y legal de la investigación y el conocimiento necesario para solucionar el problema planteado. El Capítulo III desarrolló el diseño metodológico a utilizar tomando en cuenta el enfoque técnico, plasmado en la investigación descriptiva y de campo, determinando los hallazgos de las herramientas técnicas como la entrevista, encuesta y observación directa, dentro del enfoque cuali-cuantitativo eligiendo una población de 14 elementos. El Capítulo IV realizó el análisis y discusión de los resultados basándose en la interpretación de los mismos, obtenidos por medio de las herramientas aplicadas. El Capítulo V estableció la propuesta: Gestión Técnica de Riesgos Laborales para la prevención de accidentes y enfermedades profesionales en la Empresa Andina de Proyectos ADPEC S.A.S, siendo aporte en cuanto a la seguridad de los colaboradores y en la minimización de accidentes de trabajo.
