Engadir etiqueta | Summary: | This research discloses as legally affects the assessment of the documentary evidence in resolutions within the judgments of food, issued by the Deputy Second Court of Childhood and Adolescence of Riobamba Canton during the period from June to December 2014 . The structure of this research work is divided into five chapters: the first chapter deals with the guiding framework where the approach to the problem originates origin, as presented and how it behaves, after which it formulates the general objective and specific objectives, as well the justification and importance. In the second chapter, the theoretical framework is developed, it comes to build the theoretical, conceptual, legal and doctrinaire part of the research, this chapter is divided into four units; in the first unit talk about overall test; in the second unit we tried on the assessment of the documentary evidence; in the third unit we talk about the legal implications of the assessment of the documentary evidence in resolutions within the judgments of food; in the fourth unit we talk about the hypothetical unit, hypothesis, variables, operationalization of variables. In the third chapter, we will develop the methodological framework, through the analytical method, move on to the execution of the application research surveys Lawyers free exercise thereof; as well as interviews that a direct discussion with the judges of the Judicial Unit of the Family, Women, Children and Adolescents based in the canton Riobamba was used.
