SPECIAL REVIEW OF THE CREDIT PORTFOLIO ACCOUNT OF THE SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE OF CHIMBORAZO EDUCATORS OF THE CITY OF RIOBAMBA, TO DETERMINE THE RATIO INDEX, DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2015. ABSTRACT: Educadores de Chimborazo Savings and Credit cooperative, is a Financial Institution of closed union character; Its more than 3400 members belong to the Magisterium of the Chimborazo province. The CACECH, located in the historic center of Riobamba city, capital of the Chimborazo province, at Veloz and Espejo streets; This investigation is a Special Examination to the credit portfolio of the CACECH, of the city of Riobamba to determine the level of morocity and verify the possible shortcomings in its management. It is structured as follows: Chapter I contains the problem statement, the objectives, the justification and importance of the research evidencing here the problem by which the research arises. In Chapter II, the generalities of CACECH are presented and the relevant theoretical foundation that supports it. Chapter III is the methodological framework, which corresponds to the method, design and type of research, as well as the instruments for the implementation and execution of the Special Review; Chapter IV, Results and Discussion, consists of the final audit report, containing comments on the deviations detected, duly substantiated in working papers, where competent and relevant evidence is shown. Chapter V, Conclusions and Recommendations, aimed at CACECH officials to contribute to timely decision making.
