সংক্ষিপ্ত:This research work is entitled “THE DACTYL PAINTING IN THE FINE PSYCHOMOTRICITY OF CHILDREN OF FIRST GRADE OF BASIC EDUCATION CLASS “A” IN VICTOR PROANO CARRION SCHOOL IN CALPI, CITY OF RIOBAMBA, PROVINCE OF CHIMBORAZO IN THE PERIOD2016-2017”, which is a topic of great relevance given the importance of materials and resources to improve the motor and corporal expression of children. The research problem was that teachers have neglected this important aspect, alleging the lack of time, the economic crisis, etc., and have limited the use of didactic resources to improve body expression. The general objective was to determine if the dactyl painting influences the fine psychomotricity of the children of first grade of basic education Class “A” in Victor Proano Carrion school in Calpi, in the city of Riobamba, province of Chimborazo in the period 2016-2017. The Theoretical framework was elaborated taking into consideration the variables dactyl painting and fine psychomotricity, including theoretical references that expose the concepts. The methodology was the field method, using techniques such as observation and test. Instruments such as observation chart and motor test were applied to 38 children. The results showed the utility of dactyl painting techniques to improve the psychomotricity of children. The main conclusion was after applying free finger painting using the palm of hands, balloons, free drawing, for a consecutive time of three months allowed children to develop motor skills for development of the psychomotricity. A better hand-eye coordination, improved grip, and overall drawing were showed.
