| סיכום: | This paper deals with late neonatal sepsis, which is characterized as a standard and fatal condition in newborns, generating a high level of mortality and morbidity in neonates, especially those born with low birth weight; symptoms vary. Diagnosis is based on chronic antibodies in blood, cerebrospinal fluid, and other diseases and subject to treatment. The main objective of this research is to determine the risk factors for early neonatal sepsis in the neonatology area that allow updating diagnostic criteria through a systematic review of the literature. The methods used were of a documentary nature through bibliographic consultation; the design was descriptive and non-experimental, following the PRISMA Protocol. Among the results, 182 articles were collected out of 30 pieces, of which duplicate studies were 2, with exclusion criteria of 7. It was concluded that different risk factors affect the development of neonatal sepsis, for which reason the preventive measures extracted from the experts were handled. |
