Yhteenveto:ABSTRACT: Zone 3 of Ecuador lacked studies on the factors determining endogenous development, such as technological innovation and productivity, which are of great importance for microenterprises and contribute to improving the development of the area. Therefore, the objective of this research was to determine to what extent technological innovation and productivity of manufacturing microenterprises influence endogenous development. The case study focused on beverage manufacturing microenterprises in Zone 3 of Ecuador. The methodology implemented had a mixed approach, using a non-experimental design. The study population comprised microenterprises dedicated to beverage production in the provinces of Chimborazo, Tungurahua, Cotopaxi, and Pastaza. A descriptive and correlational research approach was fundamental, obtaining information through a survey applied to the owners/managers. Additionally, Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyze the relationship between variables. Through this methodology, it was determined that the impact of technological innovation and productivity of beverage manufacturing microenterprises on the endogenous development of Zone 3 of Ecuador is significant and positive. In this context, it is concluded that economic prosperity and sustainable development are linked to the ability to adopt and apply technological advancements and effective production practices, providing a solid foundation for future efforts in these valuable dimensions of development.
