Summary:ABSTRACT: The present research analyzes the production capacity and market demand for dehydrated spices of Ecomasaale S.A.S in Spain. Its main objective is to provide a comprehensive insight that enables the company to make informed strategic decisions for its expansion in this market. Firstly, the production capacity of Ecomasaale S.A.S is evaluated by formulating the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manual, which, upon completion, will provide relevant information about the facilities, machinery, and equipment, as well as the current production capacity. Secondly, a comprehensive analysis of the market demand for dehydrated spices in Spain is carried out. It involves investigating the trends and preferences of the Spanish consumer, distribution channels, and existing competition. Economic, social, and cultural factors that may influence the demand for these products are also considered. Thirdly, Ecomasaale S.A.S entry strategy into the Spanish market is evaluated. Opportunities and challenges are identified, along with possible marketing and promotional strategies to capture consumer attention and differentiate from the competition. Additionally, legal and regulatory aspects related to importing and commercializing dehydrated spices in Spain are considered. The conclusions derived from this analysis highlight the strengths and opportunities of Ecomasaale S.A.S in the Spanish market for dehydrated spices, as well as potential recommendations to improve its production capacity and leverage growth potential.
