Elaboraciòn de un plan de mejora competitivo (pmc) en la empresa huertos gatazo zambrano para acceder a mercados europeos

A Competitive Improvement Plan has been developed for Huertos Gatazo Zambrano Corporation. It is placed in the community which has the same name. It belongs to Canton Colta in the Chimborazo Province. It started from a diagnostic which gives the producers socio-economical characteristics an assessment of the Corporation-s Integral Administration Plan has been done. It defined specific critical points into de Corporation. Recommendations have been given such as adjustment actions to get a normal performance into the corporation. An agriculture good practices and Broccoli production Manual has been done by a check list established in GLOBAL-GAP norms. A business plan for broccoli has been elaborated. It proposes to reach eth European market and specifically the United Kingdom one because it is the biggest broccoli’s consumer in Europe. This plan contains: a market, technical, legal, administration and economic studies, as well as a financial assessment. The latest may be considered as a tool to define strategies in order to enlarge the corporation’s market and to improve the producers’ incomings. The Competitive improvement plan has been exposed to the producers. They got capacitation about it as well as agriculture and handmade good practices guide. This study is linked to Chimborazo’s Agrocompetitivo Programmed, to Central Government’s Production-Territorial Transformation Agenda as well as Chimborazo’s Government Competitive Agenda.
