সংক্ষিপ্ত:Simulation of industrial processes through the implementation of a control board with the Profibus DP communication protocol carried out in the Industrial Control Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering of the Industrial Engineering Career at UNACH. In Chapter one, nowadays, industrial engineers must be trained in order to handle and apply new industrial technologies, for this reason, the objective of the research is to simulate industrial processes through the implementation of a control board with the Profibus DP communication protocol. In Chapter two, important definitions about Profibus DP communication, industrial simulation and automation are presented, as well as a general description of what is relevant to the Profibus DP communication protocol. Chapter three describes the methodology of the research project, it is experimental and descriptive. It shows the simulation of the different industrial processes and the procedure for the incorporation of all the modules and the programming of the PLCs. Chapter four describes the key to the operation of the research, being the transfer areas a fundamental part for the communication between PLCs. Chapter five describes the technical and specific conclusions of the project, the correct definition of the transfer areas, the dimensions of the implemented control panel, the easiness of interaction between the HMI and the operator. Chapter six shows the bibliography that includes the support of all the research and the practice guides for the students of the Industrial Control career
