Los procesos administrativos y la mejora en la gestión de la empresa Donoso constructores Cia. ltda. período junio 2016 – junio 2017.

The research work entitled "THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES AND THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY DONOSO CONSTRUCTORES CIA. LTDA. PERIOD JUNE 2016 - JUNE 2017 " this research has the objective to make an analysis of the situation of the administrative processes that are handled in the company and with the information collected proposing corrective actions to improve the management of the same. Chapter I, Referential Framework, consists of the introduction, the approach of the problem and the justification, in addition, the objectives of study are established. Chapter II, State of Art, is composed of the background that refers to the research works that served to develop the present research. In addition, the theoretical framework is made up of conceptualizations in the Administrative Process that involves Planning, Organization, Direction and Control. Finally, important conceptualizations on Management are established. Chapter III, Methodological Framework, is structured by the Analytic-Synthetic method, the type of research is descriptive and field, the research design is non-experimental, the population and sample was obtained from internal customers of the company, the collection of information was done through surveys. Chapter IV, Results and Discussion, establishes the analysis and interpretation of the results of the surveys applied to the administrative and operational staff of the company. Chapter V, it refers to the conclusions and recommendations.
