Shrnutí:The purpose of this degree work was to analyze the effect of hydrating drinks on the physical condition of children; said the project was carried out in the city of Riobamba, specifically in the "Escuela Permanente de Football Champions," this study was aimed at children and adolescents belonging to the children's and youth categories of this establishment. For the development of the present, the inadequate intake of moisturizers before, during, and after a vigorous physical journey is considered problematic; In the same way, the use of non-hydrating drinks with high sweeteners and caffeine, among other harmful components for the health of athletes. Therefore, it is sought to improve the timely consumption of hydrants by this population through the present investigation, thus contributing to good health, resistance, and physical and mental condition before, during, and after the game or training session. Quantitative data was collected from each individual to obtain information first stays, such as height, weight, and BMI, to know what is the adequate amount of hydration of the same; later, through a thorough test of anaerobic exercises, it was possible to obtain data on sweating and calories consumed by each member of the club. With the data obtained, a stochastic analysis could be carried out, with which it was possible to determine the performance of each sports club member in the category studied. Concluding that ingesting isotonic hydrating drinks increased the mental and physical performance slightly in real time of each of the members of this school. Finally, it is recommended through what has been analyzed that adequate hydration is necessary before and after each sports day through the appropriate liquids to improve not only the physical condition but also the well-being of the athletes' health.
