| Resumo: | This research aimed to conduct a management audit of the PyS TANDAPI N°1 service station for the first semester of 2023. It focused on evaluating compliance with applicable regulations, the effectiveness of organizational management, and the efficiency of using allocated resources. The audit used deductive, inductive, and analytical methods under a non-experimental design, a qualitative approach, and a descriptive research level. It was supported by observation, surveys, and interviews to collect and analyze information, using data interpretation tools such as observation guides, questionnaires, and Microsoft Word and Excel. The analysis covered a comprehensive review of administrative and operational processes, from planning to executing the strategic objectives defined for the evaluated period. Performance was assessed using management indicators, which yielded a positive management index of 84.06% and a negative management index of 13.94%. Additionally, a confidence level of 82.04% and a risk level of 17.96% were determined. The management audit provided a global perspective on critical areas requiring adjustments, emphasizing the importance of strengthening process supervision and ensuring compliance with established regulations for the proper execution of activities. This is essential to guarantee sustainable performance aligned with the service station's objectives and to uphold its commitment to providing optimal service to all customers. |
