Sumario:This study aimed to examine the role of axiological training in fostering harmonious coexistence among high school students at Nuestro Mundo Eco-Rio School in Riobamba, Ecuador. It underscores the significance of understanding how values are reflected in students' daily interactions, both in academic and social contexts. Methodologically, the study employs a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design. It is descriptive in nature, as it seeks to outline the characteristics of the phenomenon under investigation, and basic in terms of its research objectives. The study is also cross-sectional. Participants included students from Nuestro Mundo Eco-Rio School, with a non-probabilistic sample consisting of 75 students across three high school grades. Data collection relied primarily on primary sources such as surveys, interviews, and direct observation. These methods provided a comprehensive and accurate view of students' practices. The data were analyzed using Excel, ensuring precise statistical results and confirming the reliability of the findings, which facilitated a clear and detailed interpretation of the study's phenomena. The results revealed that the most important values for students are respect and responsibility. Over fifty percent of participants agreed that values significantly influence decision-making within the school environment. Nearly half of the respondents indicated that adherence to values is primarily influenced by the education provided at Nuestro Mundo Eco-Rio School. Additionally, more than half of the students agreed that mutual respect among peers is essential for peaceful coexistence and successful collaboration.
