| 要約: | In the present work the analysis of the correct use of high and low speed cutting tools during machining processes was developed. This study was carried out at the National University of Chimborazo, Career Technical Education: Specialty: Mechanical Industrial-Automotive, with a population of 10 experts in the Industrial Area. The methodology used had an analytical approach which showed results that indicated the lack of knowledge of the correct use of high and low speed cutting tools during the machining processes, knowing that a Machining Center is a highly automated machine capable of performing multiple operations of machining, in an installation, under CNC (Computer Numerical Control) with minimal human intervention. Therefore the operator must be fully qualified for the correct assembly of the cutting tool, material, and have great experience trajectory in numerical control machines. In view of the above, a technical manual of cutting tools and vertical milling processes is implemented as a practical tool to reduce and eliminate the misuse of cutting tools during the machining process, which will prevent accidents and deterioration of the CNC machine, It will also maintain a culture of health responsibility and generate competitiveness in the correct use of high and low speed cutting tools. |
