Etiketle | Özet: | The present investigative work is carried out in the Educational General Provincial hospital Riobamba to the infirmary personnel, with the purpose of identifying the occupational illnesses that prevail in the nurses, the factors that unchain them, its relationship with the labor absenteeism and if the personnel manages to some manual or technique of prevention of the occupational illnesses or at the same time if it is necessary to implement alternative that solves the problem. It is a work of longitudinal and descriptive type; you work with a sample of 104 infirmary professionals that you/they contributed so that the work is carried out it in the best way. The results of the investigation show that the nurses present labor absenteeism as a result of occupational illnesses the same ones that are unchained by the factors of risks psicosociales and ergonomic, establishing a narrow relationship between the occupational illnesses and the labor absenteeism what affects to the attention that you offers to the patients of this institution. |
