It is a work of longitudinal and descriptive type; you work with a sample of 104 infirmary professionals that you/they contributed so that the work is carried out it in the best way. The results of the investigation show that the nurses present labor absenteeism as a result of occupational illnesses the same ones that are unchained by the factors of risks psicosociales and ergonomic, establishing a narrow relationship between the occupational illnesses and the labor absenteeism what affects to the attention that you offers to the patients of this institution. |

The results of the investigation show that the nurses present labor absenteeism as a result of occupational illnesses the same ones that are unchained by the factors of risks psicosociales and ergonomic, establishing a narrow relationship between the occupational illnesses and the labor absenteeism what affects to the attention that you offers to the patients of this institution.El presente trabajo investigativo se realiza en el hospital Provincial General Docente Riobamba, al personal de enfermería, con la finalidad de identificar las enfermedades ocupacionales que prevalecen en las enfermeras, los factores que las desencadenan, su relación con el ausentismo laboral y si el personal maneja a algún manual o técnica de prevención de las enfermedades ocupacionales o a la vez si es necesario implementar alternativas que solucione el problema. Es un trabajo de tipo longitudinal y descriptivo, se trabajó con una muestra de 104 profesionales de enfermería que contribuyeron para que el trabajo se lo realice de la mejor forma.
