| Streszczenie: | Child labour has been since time immemorial, a social problem since children and adolescents rather than study, play, and interacts with peers; have to be obliged to perform a work activity, with the aim of help parents to get economic resources in order to have a dignified life. Ecuador, as country subscriber of various international treaties and conventions concerning child labour, has created public policies aimed at eradicating all this activity that restricts the rights of the child, limiting them to exercise a work activity that should do you in relation to their age, different agencies and State institutions, have participated actively in this project, under the premise of zero tolerance for child labour. Today, the rates of child labour have decreased significantly, showing that the public policies established by the State, are paying off to comply with the guidelines of the National Plan of good living, advocating for a society of good living, and to get that to be met it is necessary that children and adolescents working in the streets to stop and regain their rights inherent to their age as well as the abilities and skills that are lost through work at early ages. |
