Tóm tắt:The study starts from the topic of family dysfunction and suicidal risk in adolescents due to the unfavorable sociocultural circumstances observed at the present time, the high incidence in the population is a public health problem, a phenomenon reflected in certain risk factors. The objective of the research is oriented to analyze the family dysfunction and suicide risk in adolescents, based on studies by consulted authors. In the methodology to follow, regarding the bibliographic research, the qualitative approach and the selection criteria (inclusion - exclusion) were taken into account. The bibliographic research started from the variables family dysfunction and suicide risk in adolescents; starting the search through Boolean logic, with 1,012 documents published in the period 2011 to 2021: 3 quotes from the official WHO website, 2 master's theses and one undergraduate and 24 scientific articles taken from databases; a bibliographic review matrix was used which facilitated the organization of the articles, with an ACC greater than 1.30, in addition, the Scimago Journal Ranking bibliometric meter was implemented. In the reviewed studies, family dysfunction and alcohol consumption concomitant with other addictive substances, plus other risk factors related to gender, emotional problems, poor family communication, socioeconomic aspects, the presence of psychopathologies are evidenced in the first order like depression and ineffective bonding.
