Auditoría de gestión de calidad al departamento de logística en la empresa C.A. Ecuatoriana de Cerámica, ciudad de Riobamba, período 2023.

The research titled "Quality Management Audit of the Logistics Department at C.A. Ecuatoriana de Cerámica, Riobamba City, 2023," has as its main purpose to conduct an audit focused on quality management in the company's logistics area. The study is centered on evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality indicators in the logistics area in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, as established in the quality management system. The research employed a methodology with a qualitative approach, a non-experimental design, and a documentary and field research type, as no numerical data were manipulated. The study was descriptive, using a deductive method to validate the effectiveness of the implemented quality procedures. The study population consisted of 5 individuals, and the documentary population included 5 documents. The techniques used were observation, document review, and interviews, while the instruments were the observation sheet, the registration sheet, and the interview guide. Upon completing the research, the final report was prepared, where several findings were identified during the quality management audit based on the processes of the quality management system, such as the quality manual, product entry procedure, handling procedure, and billing procedure. The aim was to present these findings to senior management to assist in decision-making and contribute to the strengthening of the company.
