Περίληψη:This research work has the purpose of demonstrating that Radio Colta la Voz de la AIECH is the communication mean with most acceptance among the radio listeners due to its coverage and scope. This radio, since its ereation, has progressed in the community of Majipamba, Colta and its surrounding areas. It has used the means and resources necessary to achieve the highest ranking among the existing radios. This mean of communication has required the use of technical resources and coverage proposals for transmissions. The diagnosis of its historical ímportance reflected that it started in 1960, Dr. Donaldo Dilworth implemented a radío station La Voz de la AIECH 9.50 AM Radio Colta which was founded to be the voice of the indigenous peoples. North American missionaries and Kichwa natives of the area wanted the gospel to be extended to all Kichwa eommunities. It was founded on December 5th, 1961 in the Colta Majipamba community with the aim of maintaining evangelical, educational and cultural programs in their own native language (kichwa). With the development of theology the Radio Voz de la AIECH is used to access to remóte areas with evangelization and other programs for leaming about better living conditions. The communication and radio become tools which promote, political, economic, social and cultural transformation in the indigenous population.
