| Shrnutí: | The current research is performed with students of Psychopedagogy major that belongs to the Faculty of Education, Humanities and Technologies Science of the National University of Chimborazo, the period of October 2018- March 2019. This study had the objective to determine the professional vocation that each one of them has. The methodology of mixed approach was used, non-experimental design, because of its level is descriptive; bibliographic, field, and transversal type. The population was students of Psychopedagogy major, sampling 68 students corresponding to first, second, and third semester. Also, the psychometric technique was used; it has vocational guidance and functional test “CHASIDE”. The obtained results were 49% of the students have a professional vocation for the area that they are, it has interests, abilities or skills that they already have. 44% have vocational abilities in the area of Humanities, and 40% has interests for the present area that permits to perform certain activities or quickly obtain a particular type of knowledge, and 51% has vocation towards other areas that do not correspond to humanistic, legal and social areas. |
